How It Works
Register and list your property on Indori Property in a few simple steps
Create your account
Go to Register and sign up as an Owner or as a Broker / Builder. Brokers and builders also need to provide a valid RERA number.
You'll receive a verification email — click the link inside to activate your account before logging in.
Verify your email & log in
Once your email is verified, log in and click Post Property from your dashboard to start a new listing.
Fill in property details
Choose a category (Apartment, Villa, Office, Plot, and more) and enter location, price, and specifications. The form automatically shows only the fields relevant to your property type — for example, bedrooms and bathrooms for residential, or land area and open sides for a plot.
Upload photos & a video
Add clear photos of your property (mark one as the cover image) and, optionally, a walkthrough video or a YouTube link. Good visuals get more enquiries.
Pay the listing fee
Pay a small, one-time listing fee (plus applicable GST) through our secure Cashfree payment gateway to submit your property for review. Your listing goes live on the site right after payment — awaiting admin approval for photos and video.
Admin review & approval
Our team reviews your listing details and media. Once approved, your photos and video go live and your property becomes fully visible to buyers searching on Indori Property. You'll be notified by email either way.
Receive leads & manage your listing
Interested buyers pay a small fee to unlock your contact details — you get notified by email and can track every enquiry from your Leads dashboard. You can edit, mark as sold/rented, or reactivate your listing anytime from the seller panel.
